Helpful Staff Made My Stay Comfortable

The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The room I stayed in was cozy and clean. The bathroom could use some improvements in maintenance to enhance the comfort.

Despite a friendly staff, the experience was marred by several issues. The air conditioner malfunctioned, causing parts to fall off, and my brother's room had a non-functional toilet, requiring him to use mine. Breakfast was not available as expected, which left us disappointed. I appreciated the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Its location is comfortable to the outlets.

Had a comfortable stay here during our trip. Quiet hotel, had a really excellent service. The property was in a favourable location short walk to the Outlet and the Casino as well as the train tracks. Appreciated Cheddar's Restaurant, it offered drinks within 1 mile of the hotel.

The staff were super nice and really made a difference 👍 Unfortunately, the bathroom could use better maintenance, as it looked a bit shabby and was less than clean.

Very clean room!!! Better than expected!! Quiet area and good breakfast included with room. I would give my stay 5 stars!!!

It took too long for the water to get warm!!! The bathroom felt unfinished and had peeling paint!!! The pool and hot tub were unavailable !!!

We came to Beaumont for overnight stay, everything was great. We stayed here before, always big rooms with 2 queen beds. Really enjoyed the location in the desert.

The manager was most helpful, friendly and allowed us to come early because we had a two PM appt. The place is clean and quiet.

The night man is apparently the day man also, he was hard to awaken. At first a bit surly. I rang the outside bell, as per sign, but had to do it multiple times over a 5 minute period, without any respose. Finally I used the telephone to rouse him. I got a lil testy with him on the phone as he wasn't making a lot of sense in what he was saying. *I* was standing out in the cold trying to get some of the '24 hour' service so prominently advertised. We ended up best buds though.

I appreciated howsuper clean and cozy my room was. The friendly staff were quick to assist with my needs. The easy accessibility was a definite plus for senior travelers like me.

Request for better bathroom maintenance improvements.

The check-in process went smoothly. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had a cozy feel, perfect for resting after a long drive. I liked having a small refrigerator to store my snacks, although the lack of a coffee maker in the room was a bit inconvenient. The bathroom needed better maintenance. Some areas showed signs of neglect, like peeling paint. I noticed the bed wasn't very comfortable either, and I struggled to get a good night's sleep. Wi-Fi was reliable, a plus. It served its purpose, but some improvements in room comfort and bathroom upkeep would go a long way.

Sorry, price was the only thing it had going for it.

It was run down and really needed some tlc.

Beds and pillows were old and lumpy...especially pillows

I had a great stay! The room was clean and well-maintained. The comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. the breakfast options were quite limited. I'd definitely choose this place again!
